Nowhere for children

I live a 27,wildacre drive. There is a problem on this estate, there is absolutely nowhere for our kids to play. All the children get on all play lovely together. There is one bit of grass where they all play in the summer and a few residents have been unhappy with this. Police have been involved but hopefully we can resolve this. There is a fenced off bit of land and this would be ideal for the kids to play on. We could put football goals on there,slides,benches and make it look nice,and the children would be safe from he traffic. The only trouble is that we don’t no who owns it,who it belongs too,this is why I’m asking you and I really hope you could look into it for us.its very overgrown with blackberries thorns and it’s an eyesore thank you samantha
