Alleyway rubbish

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8378861.

The entrance to the alleyway on the even numbered side of Harper Road still has the same rubbish and a large lopped tree that’s been there for months. This alleyway all the way down is never cleared, cleaned or swept and Harper Road itself is in need of a clean. This alleyway keeps getting reported but it never gets cleaned!
