Yet another pile, this one freshly left! Broken cone bases, cones, sandbags, lights, signs right in edge of bypass at Zoons Court roundabout as you enter bypass towards the Biz Park. Bypass between Gloucester Business Park & Zoons Court roundabout. In total there are now FIVE lots of Highways "litter" to be collected off this bypass. Tantamount to commercial flytipping.
