Overflowing bins / Unsanitary waste

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 15:16, Tue 4 November 2025

Sent to Enfield Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8375863.

Repeated problem with 3 bins around the corner of Tressilian avenue which overflow due to overuse from school children and not being emptied frequently enough. As the bins do not close the overspill falls out including dog mess, food and sanitary tools, which get blown over the pavement and into nearby driveways and door ways. A fox has also recently become resident which scavenges the bins making matters worse. This is extremely unhygienic and despite multiple reports to Enfield council asking to replace with closed bins nothing has been done for months and months
