Road marking white lines or studs problem

I purchased and renovated properties at 21-23 Keynsham Street, during the development the double yellow lines outside the property were hidden, this is now causing access issues to the driveways of the properties, I would like to apply to have the lines reinstated or if not possible a keep clear marking so that access to the drive is not restricted by other vehicles parking Infront of the driveways .

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
