Parking In Visitor Bay

We have very limited parking bays in our close. We have 1 parking space allocated to each house. This individual has a garage with a parking space in front of garage plus of course in the garage but the household have 2 cars and insists on parking in the Visitors bay ? This of course causes visitor parking a huge problem for the surrounding houses. I parked my car over two spaces keeping the Visitor Bay free as my parents were visiting on this day. My mum is disabled so it’s easier for her to walk to my house. She came over to my neighbours house banging on the door ? I was in my garden at the time and asked her can I help she told me at the time my neighbour has parked in 2 bays in an aggressive manner ? I asked her what car it is and she described my car. I told her that is my car and she told me to move my car immediately? I explained that it not her parking space ! It’s for Visitors .. She immediately spat in my face and parked her car behind mine ? I have had brain surgery and do not need this unnecessary stress !! Please Help Me
