Heavy leaf fall needs removed

The first photo shows how the street was left AFTER it was 'cleaned' last autumn.

Naturally, that thick mulch is no covered with a fresh layer of heavy leaf fall this autumn.

Please clean the entire street of leaf fall, past and present. Note that nos 17-34 - with potentially 6 parked cars per close - need handled differently from all the other main-door houses west of same (with only 6 cars per BLOCK). A small, rotary sweeping machine does not hack it, The leaves around and under cars need sucked clear not blown or ignored... else forewarn of activity with street notices & car removal.
