It is now a few months since this overgrown hedge was reported and still no action has been taken. All pedestrians, including mothers with buggies and elderly people with walkers, have no choice but to step into the road for several meters to avoid being struck in the face by the branches of the hedge that are protruding.

The hedge has still not been cut (@4 March 26), despite the owner (8 Manor Close) having been requested to do so. The path, especially at the eastern end is now almost completely blocked. It is unsafe for pedestrians, especially those with young children/prams to have to walk in the road.
