Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8368261.

As you approach the traffic lights at Hops Croft Holt towards Banbury. The right hand land turning towards Roudham and Lower Heyford is breaking down and crumbling. The are several areas where there are cables showing. Unable to provide photos.
