Unauthorised lock box attached to lamppost

An unmarked lock box is attached to street lighting column 210 15 outside the 64 Sancroft St. For at least a year, people have been coming regularly to access it, often creating noise and disturbance, especially late in the evening. Please could the highways/street lighting team inspect, confirm whether this attachment is authorised, and remove it.
