Extensive degrading of carriage way adjacent to pavement

This is my third reporting of this same problem, same location, similar damage, all occurring subsequent to repair. This was reported last April and again following the very shoddy repair which has, as I forecast, has failed again. This repair requires more than a shovel full of tarmac chucked in and beaten down with the back of the shovel. The whole 4.5 metres x 500mm gutter line needs to be removed and repaired in a proper, professional manner. This prevent the continuing damage to the walls of the adjacent properties and greatly reduce the risk of unseating the dozens of people that cycle along this heavily used one way street.
