Not reported to council

Dog attacked cat along the path behind lord burton (weatherspoons) pub. Woman who owns the dog states cat ran out of bush and her dog (looks like a pit bull) grabbed it and she couldn't control it. She walked off, and had no intention of reporting. Cat checked and sadly is dead. RSPCA called and advised they could not do anything. Cat is ginger in colour. No collar evident
