4 skips at property have not been emptied for 3 weeks

Plus Dane Group own building. Recently padlock put on car park where refuse collectors access building to empty skips. No refuse has been collected since w/c 11/10/25. Already have rat issue at property. All 4 skips massively overflowing. Rubbish now on ground, stench getting worse. Bin bags have been ripped open and contents got at. Several tenants have reported issue to Plus Dane Group but no action has been taken by them to sort the issue out, We need urgent skip clear out, deep clean of bin sheds area, and ongoing arrangement so refuse collectors can access bin shed area without any delay or problems to prevent this happening again in future.
