Large laurel hedge obscuring the sight lines out of Third Acre Rise

The hedge is becoming larger and larger. It is now very tall and wide. It’s width mean vehicles have to creep out onto the main road unable to see bicycles and vehicles on the main road. It’s becoming more and more dangerous
