Cars constantly parking on shared pedestrian/cycle path

There is a shared pedestrian/cycle path that runs just past campion school - cars are constantly parking on it and are blocking the path for both pedestrians/cyclists.

The obstructions happen everyday and the drivers seem to think that they have a right to park their cars their.
