Blocked drains both sides of road.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8361164.

Drains each side of the road blocked, road floods each time it rains. These have been fixed before but no one bothers to clear the shoulders of debris or empty the silt buckets and the drain blocks again very quickly. This location is very dangerous to access o foot so a photo is not possible.
