Road sign is giving incorrect directions

The road sign is giving incorrect directions. It shows that Tilbrook, Caldecotte, Walton Park and Walnut Tree are ahead, when they are behind - ahead is The Open University, Monkston, Oakgrove, etc. That you should turn right for Simpson and Woughton Park, when you should turn left. That you should turn left for Wavendon Gate, Brinklow and Towergate when it's actually right. The only part of the sign which is right is the bottom part which points East and West on H9 Groveway. Please can this be changed.
