Public footpath leading from Sandford Lane to Poplar Grove. An old chain link fence is leaning into the footpath which is now causing a hazard to dog walkers and families, with metal uprights and loose chain link fence which could snag clothing or cause personal injury

  • Fence is still leaning. It has torn a coat and badly scratched a child’s arm drawing blood. Needs dealing with ASAP before a more serious injury is caused.
