Filter stuck on red

The filter from Spring Bank West onto Albert AVE is stuck on red again. The 51 bus had to go through on red at 9.30am. there was a large queue building up as it was off for 4 changes. It did this yesterday as the car in front went through on red so had obviously been there for a while. The filter came in for the next change. This is a regular ongoing problem. It's time it was fix before there's an accident.
