Church hill N213LL never cleaned

The deliberate non clean of church hill by Enfield council highlights concerning behaviour by those governing the borough, including council scrutiny staff. Church Hill was never cleaned at all, which was exposed, and the council response has consequently been to only clean the bin area outside Grovelands park ( days after it overflows) and fill green bags with leaves - yet leave the entire stretch of road filthy. When I took video evidence of the dangerous bag of gas canisters left on the street for days as evidence of non cleaning, they removed just the canisters and left all of the filth along the road. Myself and other residents are supporting the church by cleaning outside it because, despite drawing the disrespectful approach to street cleaning by a place of religious worship, the council refuse to clean Church Hill .
