Dangerous - Hedge obstructing view to see oncoming traffic

There is a hedge on this triangle, than needs to be cut back and much lower. I live in Pooles Wharf Court and so need to turn using this junction daily (in my car), however the hedge is too tall for me to see oncoming traffic and know if it's safe to drive out. I can only see on coming traffic once I leave the junction and enter into the road and oncoming traffic, so it's dangerous. Please can the hedge be cut much lower to help all road users using this junction to turn.
