Ref 7952360. I have been reporting this issue for aprox 1 year. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME I HAVE REPORTED IT. One of the 5 manhole covers between number 1 and number 2 St Peters way, makes a loud bang when a car drives over it. I noticed that there was a man jumping up and down on them, seemingly to try to find which one is banging. However you need a vehicle to drive over it for it to bang.
