Large cracks and potholes all down the cycling path that extends down cokerhill road

The potholes and cracks have been getting worse recently and nothing is being done about them - the road itself has recently recieved repairs. Having to avoid the potholes and cracks that do damage to my bike means i often have to swerve suddently and in a way that could be unsafe. There is no way to cycle on the road without holding up the traffic as there is a deignated cycle lane but it is in such poor condition that cycling on it feels dangerous - especially in autumn and winter when the extent of the holes and cracks are covered by leaves/ filled with water.
