Extremely poor road surface between the Traveller's Rest and Donkin Hill

The road surface between these two points is atrocious - I find it strange that the tiny stretch of road on the left hand side just before Caversham Park Village which is serviced by about 15 houses has been resurfaced recently, yet Henley Road, one of the busiest roads in Caversham is in the most dreadful state, and has been for years!
