Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8355629.

Water does not drain here so when it rains there is a big puddle in front of bus shelter. This means people standing under shelter get badly splashed by water from passing cars. Please unblock drain so water can flow away easily.
