Pavement and kerb in dangerous state.

I have reported this before and you told me it had been mended. Please see photo. Nothing done at all except ETM have left bollards etc and marked pavement are as though it still needs to be done but Up My Street has said “all done, no further action”. It is an eyesore and a hazard for pedestrians and vehicle alike. Can you please have a look at it and let us know what is going on
