Bins left out on street 24/7

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8354234.

The bins are never pulled in and left out on street full of rubbish and over flowing. They have been out for over 2 weeks blocking the pavement and rubbish everywhere.
