Obstructed view to the left of junction

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8352356.

There is a new junction however you cannot see to the left without pulling out because of the fence

    When approaching the junction from the Denchworth direction visibility to the left is severely restricted by the fence.

    Also, a curb appears from nowhere in the middle of the lane right in the natural line you drive.
