Traffic Chaos

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8351871.

Traffic lights have been awfull sice road has been resurfaced .The lights must have been programmed by a blind person ! allowing traffic wanting to turn right from the A30 towards J5 M3 to build up so much that it blocks the lane of traffic wanting to continue towards Hook , causing 1/4 mile tailbacks or worse at peak times .
