Drain has been blocked for over a year

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8350259.

The drain (in the gutter) seems to be blocked by something more solid than the usual leaves. I’ve tried to unblock it with a length of wood about 4ft that used to work, but nothing shifts it now, so the water just runs down and overwhelms the next drain, down the road.
