Overgrown hedge still not cut

I reported this very overgrown hedge in JULY, it was never cut back and now taking up most of the narrow path, forcing pedestrians into the road, please can this be trimmed back urgently?

  • This overgrown hedge has not been trimmed despite several requests from myself and others since July 2024. It covers half of this narrow, well used path, forcing pedestrians into the road when busy. Please can this be trimmed back before birds start nesting?
