Impassable because of roadworks

Hunts Grove Drive, Marconi Drive and Waterwells Drive are totally impassable in the mornings from 7am to 10am and afternoons from 4pm to around 7pm because of the roadworks creating a new Hunts Grove junction.

It takes about an hour to travel a usual 2 minute route, and has resulted in thousands of people stuck in traffic for thousands of hours.

The work appears to be undertaken by a small team of about 3 people, of a few hours a day on some week days. This council should have mandated this work was appropriately staffed by a large team working 7 days a week, perhaps even overnight. What a complete farce
