Worn out white lines on A422 from Old Stratford roundabout to Passenham turn

Reported via mobile in the Road Markings - Worn/Faded category by Jennifer Adams at 13:49, Tue 28 October 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8348255.

I reported this problem last year and nothing has been done about it Drivers leaving the A5 roundabout going towards Deanshanger are suddenly plunged into darkness and can barely see the left hand edge of the road as the white lines has virtually disappeared it is especially dangerous in wet and dark winter conditions This is a very busy A road and road markings should be clearly visible to drivers, the council has a duty of care to make sure that the road signage is clearly visible especially as this was reported last year and has got progressively worse.
