New speed humps are much too aggressive

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8347436.

A pair of new speed humps have been installed, but they are extremely steep and high, akin to diving over full height kerbstones across the road. Even at 2mph they give the suspension an almighty thump, and will lead to damage to cars and the claims that will arise. Please can you inspect them and adjust or remove and replace them with sped bumps that are suitable to keep speeds down to say 15mph. Thanks
