Lime/uber bikes causing obstructions

Every day Lime/Uber bikes have been parked on Heyford Hill Lane near the junction with Sandford Rd. Sometimes they are parked on the grass verge near the bench, and sometimes they are parked across resident's driveways, or just in the middle of the pavement and require passers by or residents to move them to one side to allow people to use the pavements safely. This is becoming a daily nuisance and is dangerous for pedestrians, people with prams and wheelchairs.
