Shed on Public Grass Verge

I would like to bring to your attention a shed that has been erected on the public verge along Gorse Road (photo attached). As this is on the public highway, it raises concerns, and it is also visually out of place. In addition, the same property appears to have another shed partly within the back garden but also extending onto the public verge, as can also be seen in the attached photographs.
