Tree surgeons left mess

Tree surgeons have been pruning trees along or street today and have left an huge mess outside our house/driveway. Under this pile of leafs is an already blocked drain and this certainly isn’t going to help. Every time there is even moderately heavy rain there are large puddles all the way from our house (181) to the mini round about. This has progressively got worse as maintenance has notably reduced in the 10 years we have lived here. Although the gulleys near the mini round about get in blocked if you don’t also clean the debris from the street and clear the gulleys further up the road the flooding will continue to get worse. And if council staff cutting the trees leave a mess like they have today it certainly won’t help.
