Damaging the grass and I have to walk across this path to get to my garage that I pay the council for

They are packing on the grass and damaging the grass and dragging the mud into the garages and on the foot path which people have to work on to and I need to work onto the path to get to the garages that I rent off the council and I don't think it's right that I have to stand in mud and step into my car or my house thank you
