Uninsured vehicle parking and diused caravan

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8342821.

Caravan has been parked for over 2 years and is used as a store room restricting parking in street. Also people using street to work on cars with no tax/ insurance

Updates

Multiple cars, one house has a caravan, and multiple cars with tarps over. These haven't moved in years. Traffic wardens never ticket them because they have covers over the cars. One house has at least 5 cars and its a joke because it means people struggle to park all the time. This has been going on for years now.
