Deep pothole and inadequate street lighting

My elderly mum tripped and fell while walking along the pavement, because this pothole is deep and completly invisible at night as there is not adequate lighting. She has osteoporosis and could easily have been hospitalised. Luckily she "only" has a sore back and a nasty bruise. This needs prioritising.
