Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8334736.

Contrary to the response to your Report 8182477, the frame was used by the Council for a traffic diversion sign on 26 July 2025, when the A418 was closed for HS2 works. It has never, to my knowledge, been used by any utility company. The frame needs to be removed as it is, partially, blocking the footpath/cycleway.

  • A Highway Officer will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days, some signs due to their location may require a specialist equipment for safety reasons, if your Highway Officer is unable to clean the sign on site, they will arrange for the specialist team carry out the work, which in some cases can take up to 28 days.
