Unpermitted roadworks problem

Wales and West have left food 7-8 bags of food waste and some cardboard. On the grass verge between the main road and the house. Customer has contacted W&W previously they have said they will come and clear it however no one has been and removed it. Customer is worried about it encouraging pests and foxes near the houses. is wondering if we can give them a nudge of somesorts.
