    Sunday 23rd November - blocked drain still causing issues - blocking cycle lane. Causing pedestrians to be splattered with stagnant water by drivers driving through blocked drain water build up

    When will in progress actually change to complete …… still blocked , still a problem come on Hampshire council get it resolved send the drain cleaner to this location
