Blocking pavement

The owners at 125 Common Lane have 5 cars and a large motor home meaning they often park vehicles on the street. The issue been that they park the cars on the pavement causing prams and wheelchair users to have to go on the road around them. They park opposite driveways for other neighbours meaning when they reverse off their drives, due to double parking, they struggle to see and angle the cars on/off for access. All other traffic on the street park on the same side of the road to allow free flowing access and full pedestrian access but this is causing serious dangers.
