This Enfield recovery truck is constantly parked on marldon road paignton. The flat bed sticks out into the on coming traffic and in my opinion is an accident waiting to happen. The flat bed is head height of any passenger in a car. Surly a vehicle this size should be parked on an industrial estate. I contacted the company and they said its always parked there and have permission. This is find extremely doubtful.
