Blocked drain

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8330532.

This junction at the pedestrian lights is always flooded when it rains well.. Pedestrians cant cross this section .. when you drive through it you tend to keep car to the right to avoid the worse of it.. Always floods suspect leaves as trees near by

  • The drained was cleared of the leaves and the flooding was less.. but on Friday 14.11.25 big puddle again..guess the amount of rain and there seems to be leaves on the top again..

  • Some leaves were moved to reveal the drains but thet are still getting blocked as the leaves haven't been removed.. The rain just makes the leaves moves down to the drain and the blockages start again.
