Fence next door to edgelane police station (not police property) has barbed wire hanging down. Seems to be delerict land behind the fence. Ita been hanging down for months and gradually got lower. My dog nearly walked into it. Dangerous if children or anyone elsr for that matter brushes past it or falls next to it.
