We wrote to you regarding this company on the 13th February 2024; the initial complaint was made because this company was illegally sectioning off parking spaces in front of their premises. On that occasion, they used traffic cones with 'a written warning' attached to it.
This angered local businesses. This company has started to restrict parking for its own benefit again; as the photos clearly show, they have placed mobile bollards to prevent parking. They have also erected fencing (clarification on the legality of that would be welcome). They seem to think that after approx 18 months, they can just arrogantly go back to their old, entitled ways.
This is a busy road; deliveries and access from HGVs to cars pass through and require access daily. We don't need this level of entitlement restricting access and the opportunity for deliveries to be made.
The fact that they are doing this again is staggeringly arrogant. We will raise this complaint EVERY TIME they do it.
You dealt with this VERY promptly [within days] and resolved the matter on the first occasion - we thank you for that. Sadly, we have to raise this complaint again and hope it can be dealt with in the same prompt and professional manner that impressed us previously.
We thank you in advance.
