Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 832728.

Loose manhole cover rocking and banging when vehicles pass over it, very loud at night keeping residents awake, this has already been reported but not yet fixed just had white lines sprayed to id the manhole.
