Lea Avenue resurfaced Feb 2025 The give way road markings between Lea Avenue and Lawrence Road have not been repainted. Lea Avenue is used as a rat-run by drivers avoiding traffic lights on Skircoat Green Road. Several minor RTAs as drivers not aware of give way at Lea Avenue/Lawrence Road junction.

Following the intervention of Councillor Paul Hawkaluk the road markings have eventually been reapplied (9 months after the resurfacing).
